Bread Cutters--Anyone know of a thin-style cutter?

I'm looking for a bread dough cutter that cuts multiple strips at once, whether handheld or automated. These strips need to be no larger than 1/8". Does such a tool exist? I thought of using a pasta cutter, but I'm actually a novice in the kitchen and don't know much about much.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Well, I take it you need this device for pretzels?? (hence your name?)

I found this, but I have NO clue how this works. I've never seen such a thing before.

I don't know of any DOUGH slicers, but there are plenty bread slicers out there. I don't know if you could use them for the dough.

You might use a pasta cutter, that might be your best bet.

If you google for 'dough rolling cutter' then lots of weird and wonderful things come up - something like this might work well (although it cuts a slightly wider strip than you are looking for):
