Does anyone ever use Carnation? I was browsing YouTube for recipe inspiration and came across a lovely set of videos. Absolutely love the caramel from the tin when making a banoffee pie!

Hm, I haven't before but I guess I'm not closed off to the idea entirely, I'll have to check it out....interesting idea at least.

I'm only familiar with Carnation instant dry milk. It's been around a long time, but I can't say I'm a fan. It is useful for things like camping, but as far as I know they do not state rBST free on the package, which means it's probably in it, which for me means "stay away." I have switched to other brands of dry milk like organic valley, which has a wonderful powdered milk that is great for recipes.
