A lot of no bake cookies use oats, which can be gluten free, but that really limits your options. Anyone have experience with a variety of gluten free no bake cookie recipes?

One of my friends is a celiac so if we have get togethers I always ensure I have some gluten-free goodies for her. I might have to give these a whirl and see what she thinks.
