This is one of my favorite recipes and it just happens to be vegan and gluten free!

The Oh She Glows blog is also one of my favorite blogs to read. The writer is a vegan, so all the recipes she shares are vegan too...I have found everything I have made from her site has been 100% delicious -- and I'm not a vegan myself, just a food lover! Ohh those sound amazing! Pumpkin and gingerbread separately are a few of my favorite flavours, and while I have thought about mixing them before I haven't gotten around to trying very many recipes featuring the two. Thanks for a great GF option
