    Decorative Baking Tubes

    I have three decorative baking tubes that have been sitting in my kitchen cabinet for several years, but I've never gotten around to using them. I should try baking some bread in them though and see if I like them. They look like something that would be nice to make sandwiches for children with.

    I baked a layered tres leches cake and a batch of cloverleaf dinner rolls yesterday for my mom as part of a special Mother's Day dinner. The cake is to die for and the rolls are light and fluffy. :)

    I started baking when I was I think 8 years old. I started out with chocolate chip cookies, biscuits, and brownies. It wasn't until I was older, around 10 years old when I started to do breads and cakes.

    What else have you used coconut oil for?

    Oil pulling is something that my mother and I have done. My mom says that her teeth stop hurting when she does oil pulling, but if she stops doing it, her teeth start to hurt again! It definitely has some health benefits. We use virgin, unrefined coconut oil for oil pulling.
