Hi, I’m new here. I run a social enterprise for young adults with learning disabilities and we have a small bakery micro enterprise which we run from the kitchen of a hall we rent. At the moment we’re just doing bread one day a week, which fills the oven in the hall kitchen. Some of our young people would like to expand the business to include cakes, so we would need a separate oven. I am wondering about a countertop/ portable oven of some kind? However there are so many different models online, both domestic and commercial, and not that many reviews, so it’s hard to know where to go. Any recommendations or guidance would be really useful. We aren’t looking for anything huge but it would be good to be able to cook a couple of cakes at a time. And we would probably have to move it into our storage cupboard at the end of each week as well.

I use a toaster oven for all sorts of baking, it beats firing up the gas oven.
Look on facebook, I'm going to buy this one on thursday, mine is worn out after 4 years of heavy use. $20, theres plenty of them.
