Hi everyone! I used to do a lot of baking awhile ago. But I'm a bit rusty now and feel like I'm behind the times. I'm looking forward to reading posts and suggestions here, it seems like a very friendly forum. Hopefully, I'll be able to pick up enough info so that I'll be able to get "back in touch" with my mixing bowls again.
