If you are in the US, and plan to work from a home kitchen, you cannot operate a home based online bakery in most states. Nearly every state has cottage food laws to ensure products produced and sold from a home kitchen do not pose public health concerns. So internet sells are banned. Some states allow for online orders, but delivery must be in person, No shipping of goods allowed.
