baking for an event

Hi, New to the forum and not done much baking so be patient. I'm baking a cake for a party which is 2 days away. I was going to bake today and cover in chocolate tomorrow. Will the cake still be ok? Just a normal sponge cake by the way

Yep, it should be fine. Keep it in an airtight container
