I have a lot of baking pans, baking dishes, baking sheets....
When a recipe refers to placing your item in a "baking pan," what type would that generally indicate? Is it going to be a dark metal pan or a glass pan? I'm fine to simply choose what I think is right and adjust the cooking times based on when something looks done, but I'm wondering if there is a generally accepted translation for "baking pan"?
