Your post went into the moderation queue because of the link, I've only just seen it to approve it - sorry about that!

Coconut flour cannot be used as a straight substitute for almond flour because it is so much drier - as soon as it comes into contact with moisture it sucks it up, so you need to take that into account. You could try adding more oil or egg, but bear in mind that coconut oil is very high in saturated fat.
