I know that everyone has its own way of making a pizza dough, however I found my uncle's way the most intriguing one, I have never been able to figure it out entirely, but it was one of the best tuna pizza I have ever ate. He mixes 2 eggs along with the raw tuna after all the water have been poured out of it, and then precooks it at a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius I guess, for about 15 minutes, after that he adds some cheese along with onion rings and puts it back in the oven until it gets a crispy crust on its margins. The result it's a very slim pizza and really really tasty, that might not be the final recipe, but it's as much as I've been able to figure out, he keeps it a secret.
