Bread containers for: proofing, poolish, biga ?

What are you all using to store your dough during these processes ? I'm ready to buy a larger container , especially for the overnight polish. Looking for suggestions.

I recently bought myself a 3l plastic measuring jug, and it's really useful when I want to know when a dough has doubled in size. I used to use a big bowl, but it was really difficult to judge the volume of the dough. I use a big elastic band to mark the starting point so I don't forget too ;)
