Bread Maker

I cannot seem to figure out how to make bread in my bread maker. I don't know which settings to use, or which recipe to use. The book does not help AT ALL!!!!

I have a breadmaker here at home and I hate it. It just never seems to work right. I much prefer the old fashioned hand made method. There is just something wonderful about the feeling of hand kneading yeast dough. I have a daughter who loves her breadmaker. She says you have to add the ingredients in the order they are listed in the recipe. Her bread turns out perfect everytime she makes it.

What kind of breadmaker do you have? I love my breadmaker and the book that came with it has so many easy recipes. Maybe I can help you?
