Bread with less holes

how can make my bread with less holes or be less crumbly?
whenever i make the loaves they always come out soft but when i slice the bread it falls apart when i try to grab it. help?

Well, looking at the holes in the crumb(inside of the bread) I think that it has over proofed. kindly try reducing the proofing time or reduce the amount of yeast in your recipe. This should help.
