i have seen quite a lot of different kinds of gluten free breads in the store. They are quite expensive so I have never bought any, I just eat rice or millet instead for my carbs.

I was wondering if anyone has made gluten free breads at home. How did it go?

I have made GF bread with Pamela's Bread Mix. It comes out okay most of the time.

Gluten free bread eludes me. I hate all of the gluten-free breads on the market. And most of the recipes are nothing but a bunch of crappy starches. Every few months I go back to the drawing board on gluten-free bread. I still haven't baked a decent loaf.

There's a sourdough recipe I'm going try by bakingmaginque that sounds promising.
