Brownies Sticking

I was wondering if anyone had any tips to help to keep brownies from sticking to the pan. Is there something I am doing wrong?

I just make sure I spray baking spray on the bottom before I pour them into the pan. That's the only thing I have found that works. I'd rather use that than try to grease a pan with butter.

I always line the bottom of the pan with parchment and butter the sides.

Have you tried the baking spray that contains flour , It works well. You may also want to look for a non stick pan. You will still want to use the baking spray too.
