Carb free bread?

My husband and I are on the hunt for some "hopeful" ok tasting carb free bread recipes. Does anyone here make any? If so, do you care to share your wonderful recipe?

I did Google some recipes and came up was a Cloud bread. Has anyone here tried this? Is it worth taking the time to make?
