Carole Clements

Hi

I've recently started baking my own bread again after a long break. I followed a recipe I hadn't tried before in Best Ever Baking by Carole Clements, which didn't work. I have since been trying to find out who Carole Clements is. She seems to be the author of many food books but I can't find anything at all about her. Does anyone know if there is a Carole Clements, or is this a name publishers use for marketing.

I haven't heard of Carole Clements before, and I'm sorry to hear the recipe didn't work for you. Do you have a hard copy of the book? There might be contact details in the publishing info - or alternatively you could get in touch with the publisher and ask them perhaps?
