Certs candies??

Hi,

Newbie here and I’m a little discouraged!

Typical ingredients used in test:

Butter
Sugar
Corn starch
Milk Powder
Pepermint extract

And it’s just not coming out???

I am trying to make a white candy mint with the consistency of the popular candy mint “Certs” !

Can anyone provide some advice on what recipe or ingredients I need to use to obtain this result?
