Cheesecake biscuit base

Hi All, I have a problem with my new york cheesecake ,after baking,freezing,cutting, defrosting the digestive biscuit base keep separates from the cheesecake. Is any idea why its happening?

Make crumbs a bit coarse and don’t pack the crust so tightly in the pan. You want the crust to be a bit porous to custard will absorbs a bit into it and bind.

Graham crackers are traditionally used for the crust of a New York cheesecake.
