I make chiffon cake from fresh pineapple juice, cake smells so good. But when I eat it, I feel very strange, my tongue is burning, sticks to teeth and hard to eat.
I bake for 45 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius and I check cake is fully cooked (I use cake pans 16cm).
Is it because fresh pineapple juice? Or baking powder?
