I'm following a Jamie Oliver recipe for chocolate spread. But the ingredients of 40g hazelnuts and 100g caster sugar isn't forming a paste as it suggests in recipe! Anyone have any reason why? Or solutions? I'm making an Xmas gift so starting to panic!! Do I need more hazelnuts maybe??
