Yum! This truly looks like the best of both worlds - cookie dough and cheesecake in the one bar! Right now I have a lot on when it comes to cooking/baking in the lead up to Christmas, but hopefully I'll get the chance to make these in the new year!

I know, right? I would actually like to try it next year for Christmas, because around this time all the family gathers at the in laws house and I might volunteer to take the dessert.
