These are a much healthier and better tasting version of the Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs. Easy to make and delicious. If you can't get hold of coconut cream or just don't like it, you can use plain yogurt instead. Just remember that if you use dairy, to keep the eggs refrigerated.

Mmm, these look really nice. I hadn't seen her videos until the other day, but I like her style, and followed her on YouTube, although on my backup email, so i will still have to seek out the notices about new videos. I definitely like the idea of making my own, although the ingredients do sound a bit high for my tight budget, since it calls for coconut cream, as well as cashew butter.

You had me at healthier and better tasting than Reese's eggs - I love Reese's stuff but I do worry about the fact that they're not very healthy! So this sounds like it would be right up my alley!
