This week i tried a new cupcake recipe and it was a success. My step mother loved them. Its a chocolate stout beer cupcake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
I started from a box cake mix but changed the ingredients that go into it.
Instead of the 1 cup milk and 3 eggs
I USED:
1 12 oz bottle stout beer
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
The buttercream i made from scratch and i love how the rosettes turned out on the cupcakes. And i live the silver jimmies that match the cupcake liners.
