theyre supposed to be taller, i omitted some of the layers,
packing them for pickup is not the usual pastry box.

These look delicious! Love the idea of stacking the chocolate sable cookies with chocolate glue such a creative way to make a Christmas tree!

I think its a better choice to make with children than tempering choc and getting something finished whilst the choc is still in a working state of temper.
A kid could decorate these trees all day long...for minimum wage of course.
