Hello,
A while back I noticed that lemon bars and cheesecakes were getting burned at the bottom when I baked them in a small convection toaster oven. Then I read somewhere that I could add a pizza stone to diffuse the heat, so I bought a 9" pizza stone that fit perfectly into that oven. Without going into the details, I am shopping for a new toaster oven, and the one that I liked can hold up to a 12" pizza.
This is my question: I just got the pizza stone, so I am still within my return window. Should I return the 9" Pizza Stone for a 12" Pizza Stone? Does a larger surface pizza stone matter if I am using it as a heat diffuser?
Thank you,
