I like to make smaller sized loaves of Christmas cake to gift to friends . I am thinking about lining the disposable tin foil loaf pans (from Dollar Tree ) with a couple layers of parchment paper and using them .
Would you know if they would bake okay in these and the result /taste would be the same .
Thanks if anyone has advice on this .

I’ve never had great results with disposable aluminum pans. They just don’t conduct heat evenly, so things tend to bake unevenly. I usually go with paper baking forms instead, but it really makes a difference to use a good-quality one. The cheaper, thinner ones soak up moisture and end up looking greasy.

I have not purchased from this company, but these forms look similar to the ones I’ve purchased from my local kitchen supply store.

I have not used Novacart paper loaf pans, but I have used their panettone moulds made of this paper with good results.
