Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a good recipe for gingerbread cookies for Christmas this year. Last year, the cookies from my previous recipe were so hard that you could break your teeth on them. I would really appreciate a delicious, tried-and-tested recipe or any suggestions.

maybe hard ginger cookies are ginger snaps, good for building gingerbread houses, not great eating though.
