Cinnamon cookies!

I broke out the cinammon into my last batch of cookies... it smelled all Christmasy in my Kitchen! Sadly I could only smell the cinnamon and couldn't really taste any difference.... do you guys have this problem? Maybe I didn't put enough in...

Maybe you can add some sort of sweetness to it. You could try adding molasses or brown sugar to the recipe. Putting icing on top of the cookie could compliment it well also.

It was pretty sweet. I always add brown sugar (as well as syrup) to my cookies, I was just disappointed by the fact that you couldn't actually taste the cinnamon as much as you could smell it- they smelled great! but they just tasted like the ordinary cookies... which isn't a bad thing... I just wanted to taste that cinnamon!
