This is actually a spread for the bread but coco jam can also be eaten as dessert. It is very simple to make. The ingredients are coconut milk and brown sugar. Yes, that's all you need to make coco jam. Place the ingredients in a pan and stir over the stove. It is better to use a wooden ladle for easier stirring because when it turns brown, the mixture becomes sticky. And when it is sticky that means it is already cooked. It's up to you to get the desired stickiness.

Well I think that I have had about as much of the fruit spreads and jams that I can possible have this summer, so a nice change to coco jam does sound like a good move. I am not the biggest chocolate fan out there, but if you combine it with some bread I can see myself liking it a little more. Thanks for sharing.
