Coconut bread pudding

Coconut Bread Pudding is my favorite bread pudding. My mom and grandma have been making Coconut Bread Pudding since I was a child. I loved it so much I had to get the recipe from my mom. She told me the ingredients, and the instructions on how to make this delicious recipe. So, I'm going to give it a try!!!

Ingredients:

1 can (12 or 13 oz) coconut milk

2 Cups whole milk

1/2 Cup half-and-half

1 loaf French bread or your favorite cut to 1-inch cubes

3 Whole large eggs

3/4 Cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 Cup sweet

That sounds really nice and I've not ever tried it before. I think I will make this and see how it turns out, thanks for the recipe. I love coconut anyway so I think this will be good.
