Converting Gluten Free Recipes to Regular Flour

I have a question. I received a cookbook full of wonderful looking recipes for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, all of the recipes are gluten free. This is not a concern for my family and I'd rather not purchase expensive specialty flours. Does anyone know how I could convert the recipes to use regular flour? Would I just make sure my total flour equals the total flour in the recipe?

Hi,
Do the recipes use different kinds of flour or one gluten free flour blend? If the latter is true, what is the blend?

The recipes use different combinations of oat flour, rice flour, and almond flour. Some recipes contain various nut meals or flax meal.

That makes it difficult, as each flour has a different substitution ratio.
There are also probably extra ingredients added that you wouldn't need if using wheat flour.
I would take inspiration from the book and look online for similar, non-gluten free recipes.
That's my two cents.
