Hi,
I have a question about converting temperature and time baking cookies. I am trying to convert the oven temperature from a commercial oven (I use a Picart oven) of 400 Farenheit, but wanted to know what is the temperature for a residential oven ( I have a GE electric induction oven). I usually bake the cookies about 15 to 18 minutes until they are golden brown throughout the top of the cookies.
Can anyone give my any tips and some techniques?
