Cookie textures

    Hello! New to the forum and I hope this hasn't been discussed recently. I have a chocolate cookie recipe that I love the taste of, but it makes a soft cookie. I'd love to keep the taste, but would love to have a crispy cookie to make a homemade Oreo. Are there any simple changes, such as eliminate or change an ingredient, that would accomplish this? Thanks!
