I purchased a box of Costco's Seed & Cashew Nut Brittle and it was amazing. I think I could replicate the recipe as the ingredients are on the box but the ingredients mention Skimmed Milk Powder. I'm not too sure how that and vegetable oil go in the recipe.
I just know they were like sesame snaps but tastier and the crunch was buttery and less tooth cracking..... Any ideas on how to make it that way, has anyone tried them, they are in the bakery section £4.99 for a box?
