Countertop ovens for cookies

Hi all!

I'm new here and am hoping someone can help me. I am moving into a place without an oven! I bake and decorate custom sugar/shortbread cookies a few times a month for parties. Has anyone ever used a countertop type oven for baking something like this?
Is this even possible? Can you reccomend brands?

@Lesley, I have to tell you I have wondered the same thing myself. I have a toaster oven and truth be told I find I even fully understand it as old as it is.

It doesn't matter what brand you get, you just need to make sure it also works as a convection oven.
If you can invest in countertop oven that is strictly convection, then that would be best.

The "lesser" brands offer large countertop ovens with convection settings for under $100.00.
If you want something more professional, you can get a professional countertop convection oven starting around $300.00.

Of course, if you are a bargain shopper, you might be able to find a used professional one for the price of a new "lesser" brand one.
