Cream Cheese Sheet Cake with Chocolate Frosting

    My grandma used to make the most amazing, moist cream cheese cake. Recently, my mom found my grandmother's recipe.
    Here it is! :)
    1 cup and 2 tbsps butter, softened
    6 ounces cream cheese, softened
    2 1/4 cups sugar
    6 eggs
    3/4 tsp vanilla
    2 1/4 cups cake flour
    In a large mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, butter, and sugar. Add egg and beat the mix. Slowly beat the vanilla in. Add flour and mix well.
    Pour the mix in a greased baking pan at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
    I like to use chocolate frosting to ice this cake with.
    Here's my recipe for chocolate icing:
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup evaporated milk
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    Combine sugar and milk in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Slowly stir in the butter and chocolate chips until melted. Cool completely and then frost the cake. Enjoy! :)

    Wow, that actually sounds really easy! I am not that talented of a baker, so easy cakes are the best for me :) Thank you! What size pan do you make this in?
