I am baking a carrot cake tomorrow so I wrote out the recipe yesterday. At the end, it said to add an extra teaspoon of baking powder, if you are turing the cake into cupcakes.
Is this a general rule? I've never added extra baking soda and my cupcakes don't usually turn out like I expect them to.
