Does anyone know how this oven works?

I have searched the internet for this specific oven and these images, but with no luck. I am particularly interested in the function of the right-most knob. I also assumed that the red handle (that controls the top valve) is to release heat, but was unsure. Thanks in advance!

In general, an oven operates by increasing the temperature in a sealed space, which changes the physical and chemical characteristics of anything placed inside.

Not heat, but steam function. But you should contact the manufacturer or distributor.

That oven looks old-school! The right knob is likely the timer. The red handle probably controls the broiler for grilling. The other knobs are probably for setting the temperature and choosing between baking, broiling, etc. If you can get a closer picture of the labels, I might be able to tell you for sure. Remember to preheat and start with a lower temperature since older ovens can run hot. Good luck with your baking!
