Easter is next month and I am excited about trying some new recipes for my family’s annual Easter egg hunt. This year my 16 year old nephew will be helping me. He absolutely loves Easter.
This year we will be doing some German Chocolate Brownie Bites, some assorted no bake mini cheesecakes, and a bunny shaped cake. My nephew is in charge of the chocolate covered Peep pops. The boy loves Peeps.

Is anyone else planning anything for Easter?

That all sounds great! I've never actually had a Peep, I don't seem to ever be in the US at the right time of year! My niece is visiting just before Easter, so we'll probably do some baking together then. Not sure what yet, I'll see what kind of thing she wants to do. It's been a while since I made a Simnel cake so might do one this year.

Aside from that, I will - as usual - be eating lots and LOTS of chocolate :D
