Tomorrow we celebrate labour's day in Finland and i should bake some traditional donuts. I've only come across fast action dried yeast. Question is can i us that in my dough and if yes then how? Ive already destroyed few af my doughs with this

yes .
No long proofing needed, no need to pre activate in liquid.
Just add it to dry ingedients and mix the dough.
let it proof til almost double in size, watch the dough, don't go by the clock, it can very rise quickly.
After the first rise, roll it out and cut your shapes, let rise again and fry.
I made some recently and it was rising faster than I could fry them.
