Thanks for the heads up! I've been suspecting that I might be suffering from celiacs for a while, I haven't gotten a diagnosis from the doctor, but I might try a gluten-free diet for a while and see how it goes!

I know what you mean. I have company coming in a few weeks and one of the kids does gluten free because of a serious health problem. I want to try and cook the same thing for everyone so I'm really scouring these posts for ideas.
