Hi does.anyone have a fruit cake recipe for a ball tin 3d sphere please

You don’t need a special recipe for a 3-D sphere. Compare the size of the pan you own, to the amount of batter your recipe makes.

Sphere come in specific sizes. Recipes are generally written for round 8” (20cm) or 9” (23cm) cake pans/tins.

Look up you sphere size on the chart below. Then, look up the comparable round.

Example the PHA-65 6.5” hemisphere pan holds a maximum 3 1/4 cups batter. If you look at the round pans, note the PRD-82 round 8” holds a maximum 3 1/2 cups batter. So a recipe for an 8” (20cm) fruit cake would be appropriate for the 6.5” sphere pan.
