I want to make a couple of sets of gingerbread biscuits for Twixtmas (the Christmas/New Year period). I would like them to contain the following ingredients:
- Flour
- Sugar
- Water
- Egg
- Salt
- Ground Ginger
- Black Treacle
(Maybe some mixed spices, oils and raising agents, but I want to keep it as homemade as I can)
I would like one to have Butter Toffee flavouring of some sort and cinnamon, and the other to have white pepper…
Can you provide me with some recipes?
