Hey guys, I've been reading up on sugar art and sugar glass, as part of my endless quest to improve my baking decorations. I got this book recently...

While it's been helpful, the recipe I've decided to try calls for Glucose Syrup. I just have to ask if light Corn syrup would be a suitable substitute, as it's easier to get a hold of in my area.

Your post went into a moderation queue because of the link, so apologies that I've only just verified it now.

Yep, corn syrup is a good substitute for glucose syrup :)
