Gluten free mixes

I have this gluten free all purpose baking mix, and it has the xanthan gum in it already. I don't know if it is interchangable with bisquick or not. I wanted to make sweet biscuits for strawberry shortcakes, but couldn't find a recipe on their site. I didn't want to just wing it, because I know baking gluten free is a little more difficult. Any suggestions?
