Making a Gluten-Free Pie Crust That Holds Together

I'm sure someone out there has figured out how to do this, but his do you get it to hold together? Rice is the usual choice for gluten free versions, but it is very crumbly and wouldn't be able rings rolled.

I agree with the post Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free. Its quite expensive to buy all of the gluten free ingredients to make a pie dough. Even tougher are gluten free vegan pies.
