Hello, I am a senior and have been diagnosed a gluten intolerance so bad, but I'm not Celiac. Go figure. Anyway, there are tons of people I know and tons I don't who are all eager to share experiences and recipes with me, so I'm looking forward to finding recipes that I can wow the people at the museum in my little town that I volunteer at....
